Wells NW Services (WNWS) was started in 2018 in Seattle, Washington serving Photographic & Video services to the Real Estate Industry in the Greater Puget Sound. Started serving Maricopa, Pinal, & Pima Counties in Arizona in 2021, it has changed to not only being a photographic provider, but also including Real Estate Field Inspections to the Real Estate Industry.
The company uses Digital Photography, and Aerial Drone Photography capabilities that increases the ability to capture even more data than the traditional ground based field survey inspections.
Jerry Wells
Owner / Field Inspector / FAA Part 107 UAS Pilot
Turning a life time interest and experience of capturing a moment in time through photography, now add the aerial technology of drones, and a Birdseye view of everything Real Estate.
Jerry has more than 30 years of combined experience in Engineering, Construction and Real Estate services. Extensive experience in Architectural Engineering and Design, and field coordination of design through project management. His construction and design experience cover the entire West coast from Washington, Oregon, California, and Arizona.
Since 2015 he has been a Licensed Real Estate Broker/Agent in the State of Oregon, Washington, and Arizona providing listing and buying services. He is also the Owner of Wells NW Services contracting services to perform Property Field Inspections with Digital Photography & Aerial Drone Photography Services with over 1000 properties inspected and 100 Hrs. of flight time in Arizona, Washington, and Oregon since 2022.
